Root canal treatment of tooth no.27 ( upper left back last teeth )

History:
Chief complaint of patient: Patient complained of pain in upper left back teeth region.

History pain by patient: Pain in upper left teeth region past 4 days accompanied with ear pain and constant headaches also past 4 days.

Diagnosis : Irreversible pulpitis in 27( last last expiating teeth in the upper) accompanied by dental caries in the mesial proximity ( in between 2 teeth dental caries).l with apical periodontitis
Treatment plan:
1. Root canal treatment in 27( teeth with decay)
2.Removal of decay.
3. Class II cavity restoration ( filling )
4.Prosthetic rehabilitation with fixed partial denture ( Cap )
5.Antibiotics and analgesics to restore normalcy peri apical region. (medicine to reduce infection)

And root canal treatment in the last existing lower left teeth and a cap also about 2 years back. # Diagnosis: improper root canal treatment done in the premolars . And no root canal treatment done in lower front teeth. done at Merakii dental: root canal treatment in lower left premolar, canine and lower left incisors.
