RTA in an adult - all sorts of trouble namely avulsion, fracture, mutilated and palatally tipped teeth.
No short cuts though…
Simple expansion appliance did wonders, followed by endodontics, DSD, and a good prosthesis….
Wonderful patient exhibited enormous patience helping achieving good results…..

Severe dental wear is most likely due to a disharmony in occlusion….
Full arch reconstruction work - a stable and a functional occlusion is the key.
Definitely requires planning and for sure a very cooperative patient….

CD Gopinath - former Indian test cricketer and the only surviving member of India’s first win in test cricket (@ Madras 1951-52).

The legend was fluent with the cover drives and classy with his square cuts, he also took the last catch in that historic test match.

Truly blessed to have known this gem of a person and his spouse Mrs Comala Gopinath (former champion golfer) for the past 23 years…..
