Patient came to the dental office with a complaint of detached crown in relation to 21. Clinically the abutment was found to be fractured and also the patient was quiet unhappy with the shade of the crown. The rehabilitation procedure started with re-rct in relation to 21,followed by post and core build up with fibre reinforced composite. The final restoration done in zirconia with feldspathic layering . As a clinician mimicking the exact natural anatomy of centrals is the most onerous task in esthetic rehabilitation. A 73 year old male patient came to our dental office with only root stumps in upper maxilla and wanted to rehabilitate the edentulous space.
As his concern was cost , didnt go for implants.
Hence , decided to save the roots and go for ROOT OVER DENTURE.
� Crown lengthening done in 23,24.
�Root Canal Treatment done in 13,14,23 and 24.
�Post space created in 13,14,23 and 24.
�Cast post along with RHEIN 83 ball attachments given in 13,14,23and 24.
� Hybrid denture delivered.

A 53 year old female patient came to our dental office with chronic gingivitis (gingival hyperplasia) and caries in lower anteriors.
Oral prophylaxis done. After bone sounding and pocket marking,gingivectomy done with continuous internal bevelled incision and perio pack given.
After one week,pack removed and direct composite restoration done.
Both dental and soft tissue were restored functionally and esthetically.
