Patient of age 65 reported with missing anterior teeth and proclination. Extraction of mobile 21,31 and root stump 22 done under local anaesthesia. RCT done in 13,23,33,42,43 and tooth preparation done. Restored with DMLS bridge in upper and lower anteriors.

Patient reported with ill fit denture and also complaint about size of the the teeth and decreased overjet. New Denture fabricated with injection molding technique.

Patient reported with pain and pus discharge in relation to 21 region. IOPA revealed vertical root fracture in 21. Patient came all the way from Dubai to get the treatment done and patient was not able to stay more than 7 days. Patient not willing for implant placement. Tooth preparation done in 11 , 22 and extraction of 21 done. Lab partner arranged free intra oral scan 3d digital impression. Provisional restoration given immediately. Zirconia premium Plus FPD delivered from lab on 4th day and insertion done on 5 th day.

28 years female patient with autism reported to our dental hospital with chief complaint of proclined front teeth. Patient was not co-operative and parents were not willing to go for long term orthodontic treatment. As the proclination was severe upper incisors were extracted and RCT done in relation to 13 and 23. After 3 weeks healing was satisfactory and replacement of upper anteriors done with Bruxizr zirconia FPD.

Grossly decayed 37. Advised extraction of 37 and implant placement. Patient not willing to go for extraction due to his medical condition and asked for temporary solution. Root canal treatment done in 37 and restored with IPS Emax endocrown.
