Not every dental problem starts with pain — sometimes, the signs are hidden beneath the surface.

In this case, a cystic lesion associated with three teeth necessitated extraction, followed by rehabilitation with a zirconia bridge. The existing crossbite was also corrected, restoring both function and aesthetics.

After head and neck radiotherapy, reduced saliva and dry mouth can lead to rapid decay, especially around the front teeth and near the gumline.
