Toothbytes: Management of an Avulsed Lower permanent central incisor with open apex.
*Instructions were given to the individual by phone to store the tooth in a container with saline solution.
*Tooth was cleaned with a gentle stream of saline
*Pre & Post Radiographic examination was done to check for intact bone/ fracture & Reimplantation
*After reimplantation, tooth was stabilised with the adjacent non-mobile tooth with passive, flexible wire and composite
*Analgesics, Antibiotics, a Tetanus toxoid shot & Antiseptic mouth wash prescribed for 2 weeks
*Review every 2 weeks for pulp necrosis/ root resorption, if necessary to initiate apexification or RCT.
