A case of Regenrative Dentistry with beautiful outcome .

Combined effort of surgery, endodontics, periodontics and Prosthodontics at Sethu's Dental House.

1. Current smile of patient.

2. & 3. Preoperative picture showing radicular cyst in relation to lateral incsior 12.

4. & 5. Removal of existing restoration showing poor condition of post and core

6. Open flap elevation and Cyst enucleation , apicoectomy and retrograde MTA restoration of 12.

7. & 8. Guided bone regeneration with Beta TCP and HA synthetic bone graft Q-Oss+ and Ossmem collagen membrane.

9. Surgical site Closure .

10. Post and core build up of the incisors repreparation to establish proper margin and eminence profile , restored with PMMA joint crowns for givgival margin contouring and splinting.

11. Pre op vs post op (3 months) xray showing good bone formation

12. Final individual DMLS PFM crowns after 3 months. Lab support by

The visible resilts in comparing the pre op and post op images of a patient who underwent deep scaling and root planing followed by laser assisted new attachmemt procedure . A zirconia bridge for the lower front teeth replacement and splinting as well.
