Direct composite Re do are always challenging , you don’t know what you are left with once you remove the old restoration
Here the defect was complex involving the cervical, proximal and partial palatal surface
The sequence of steps to restore this is very important, so the first step is to restore the Palatal surface where we used the spoon matrix and once the Palatal scaffold was done and adjusted the mesial diastema was closed with Mylar pull technique . More bulk mesially was added to partial correct the mesial in rotation of incisors . The distoproximals were made with combination of spoon matrix , Mylar pull and free hand addition
