Body: Jaisa humein grow karne ke liye Vitamin D chahiye, waise hi dreams ke liye Discipline chahiye. Roz subah ki dhup hamari bones aur mood dono ko strong karti hai. Bilkul waise hi, roz ki choti-choti mehnat hamari success ki foundation banti hai.

Success ho ya health, sab kuch “Balance” ka khel hai.

Body: Jaise khane mein namak (Salt) zaroori hai par zyada ho jaye toh swaad bigad deta hai, waisi hi hamari mehnat hai. Namak hamari body ke liye essential hai, hydration aur nerve function ke liye zaroori hai. Par agar limit cross ho jaye, toh High BP aur stress badh jata hai.

Zindagi mein bhi wahi balance chahiye. Hustle zaroori hai, par burnout nahi. Disciplined raho, namak ki tarah essential bano, lekin apni health ko kabhi ignore mat karo.

⭐ Oral Hygiene for Gums: Daant nikalne ka intezar na karein. Har feed ke baad ek saaf aur geele muslin cloth se baby ke masoodon (gums) ko gently saaf karein taaki milk residue jama na ho.

⭐ Prevent Nursing Bottle Decay: Sote waqt baby ke muh mein doodh ki bottle na chhodein. Milk ki natural sugar se aane wale daanto mein sadan (decay) shuru ho sakti hai.

Shayad isiliye hum kapde, jewellery, aur ye chhoti chhoti cheezein itna pyaar karte hain. Ye sab feel karana chahti hain, kuch.

✔ Dil pe maarti hai: BP badhta hai, heart disease ka risk double.
✔ Liver ko tang karti hai: fat jamta hai andar hi andar.
✔ Skin bigaadti hai: inflammation se pimples aur jaldi ageing.
