In root canal therapy, the goal is to clean and shape the pulp chamber and root canals of a tooth to remove infected or damaged tissue, then fill and seal the canals to prevent further infection.
If a canal is missed during the initial root canal procedure, it could lead to persistent symptoms, such as pain or infection, because the untreated canal might still contain infected tissue.

On the same session completed the Obturation using Bioceramic sealer and Down Pack and back fill 3D Obturation EQV system and did a fiber Post 0.5 mm in Disto-Lingual canal with Core Build Up.

Sharing a case of Missed Root to Re -Located, Obturated and Rehabilitated tooth Re Root canal treatment of #3 (Upper Right 1st Molar).
One more Interesting case which came after a failed attempt to us in locating one of the major distal root ; the Disto Buccal.
On the same session completed the Obturation using AH Plus sealer and Down Pack and back fil 3D Obturation EQV system and did a fibre Post 0.5 mm in DB canal with Core Build Up.

Sharing a case of Single Sitting Root canal treatment of 13 (Upper Left Pre-Molar).
Single Sitting Case where there is no peri-apical pathology are easy to read but very strict on chemo mechanical debridement helps to treat and scout canals till apex and obturate to achieve an apical seal.
Two Session job was doing a fibre post and core and crown preparation; Reaching apical third on the first session and completing the Obturation using AH Plus sealer and Down Pack and back fil 3D Obturation EQV system.

Sharing a case of Root canal treatment of 30 (Lower Right 1st Molar).

One of the most Interesting and Challenging case which came after 2 failed attempts by 2 other clinicians in locating one of the two roots; as easy as it looks, was quite badly butchered and furcation involved.

The most challenging part was to locate the mesial root canals even with active bleeding and scouting of canals till apex , doing a furcation repair and giving a metapex dressing due to peri apical lesion.

On the second session completed the Obturation using AH Plus sealer and Down Pack and back fill 3D Obturation EQV system and did a fiber Post 0.5 mm in both Mesio-Buccal & Mesio-Lingual canal with Core Build Up.
