A brand new smile was delivered on the New Year's Day, 2026. No teeth were removed to correct the crowding and it was corrected using Damon Self ligating Braces kit. (.in)

This is a case of a girl who had narrow upper and lower arch with crowding and Tori in Mandible and Maxilla. Although she had proclination (forwardly placed) of teeth as well, we decided to proceed with non extraction(without removing teeth) and retracting the anterior teeth to correct the alignment and maintain the facial profile.
One of the reasons we also avoided extraction was restricted tongue space, as you can see the Tori in mandibular molar region was already obstructing the tongue space and extraction would have further worsened the condition.

This young patient came to us with complaint of stains and excess yellow discolouration. We suggested a simple solution of cleaning and polishing the teeth. With this we gave him a new healthy smile.

We often get questions regarding reason for such stains. Answer being hidden in our diet and what goes into our mouth. Ex: Tea, Coffee, Smoking, chromogenic bacteria etc. cause blackish brown stains.

There no harm in loving tea/ coffee but remember to get cleaning done once in a while, when you start seeing these discolouration on your teeth.

An adult cleft patient was treated comprehensively with orthodontic treatment and followed by prosthetic rehabilitation of missing teeth with best possible relationship to the dental and skeletal midline. Repaired cleft lip and palate and a deviated nose often leaves less room to achieve ideal esthetic goals. But with careful planning and smile designing amazing results can be achieved.
