This patient wanted a minimally invasive yet permanent fix for an old, discolored composite done years ago after a front tooth fracture.

Challenge accepted.

We started with precise shade matching, did a minimal prep for a super-thin ceramic veneer, and fine-tuned it until it blended flawlessly with the rest of his smile. Once he was 100% happy, we bonded it under perfect rubber dam isolation for long-lasting results.

A colleague presented with a fractured lingual cusp of her 3 yr prior root canal treated upper left second molar.

On removal of the fractured segment, we realised that the split was deep down under the bone. Usually such teeth are doomed for removal, but we decided to save the tooth.

Precision crown lengthening with a bit of osteotomy was done by our expert .

After 2 weeks of healing, the lower border of the defect can be isolated effectively with a . All the remnant caries were removed with the help of . The missing tooth structure was built up with protocols.
