I recently conducted a 2 days intensive training program for 25 dentists from across Goa.

We discussed the minimally invasive ways of restoring badly damaged back teeth to their original glory without putting crowns on them.

A milestone worth celebrating.

I am honoured to share the publication of my latest clinical article in Dental Asia, Singapore — marking my 3rd international publication and my 2nd contribution to this prestigious international dental journal.

For me, publishing is not simply about adding another paper to the list. It is about documenting clinical excellence, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the continuous evolution of contemporary dentistry.

To see work originating from my clinical practice in Goa being recognised and published on an international platform is deeply gratifying.

Proud. Grateful. And quietly happy.

There is always more to learn, more to refine, and more to contribute.

Warm regards,

Mansingh Patil’s dental practice, Calangute, Goa India 🇮🇳

Signature Smile Transformation ✨

A refined smile makeover crafted with premium ceramic veneers on both the upper and lower teeth, designed to enhance harmony, proportion, and natural beauty.

With a truly minimally invasive approach, only approximately 0.5 mm of enamel was delicately prepared—preserving the natural tooth structure and allowing the treatment to be completed without the need for local anaesthesia.

The transformation was completed in just 3 visits, within one week, combining meticulous smile design, precision preparation, and bespoke ceramic artistry.

Natural. Refined. Minimal. Timeless.

Because exceptional smile design is not about changing the teeth—it’s about enhancing what is already there, with the least possible intervention.

Last weekend I learnt more about rubber dam isolation and ceramic overlays from the Master himself, Dr. Calin Pop from Romania/Abu Dhabi.
He inspired me to do even better dentistry.

I recently conducted a 2 days lecture and hands-on training for postgraduate students of KLE institute of dental sciences, Belgaum in the neighbouring state of Karnataka.

The topic was how to save and restore badly broken down back teeth without doing root canals and without crowns.

The students were happy to learn in details the modern, conservative way of saving teeth with ceramic onlays/overlays and therefore delay extractions and implants in such situations.

Happy 😊 to share whatever little knowledge and skill I have gathered over the last 26 years😊😊😊

Last week, I completed a 3-day extensive training program in Mumbai, India, under the guidance of Dr. Osama Shaalan. The program focused on composite bonding procedures in detail. As a result, we are now even more confident in delivering high-quality composite bonding services to our patients at Mansingh Patil's dental practice in Calangute, Goa, India.

Patient is 85/m and is on Clopidogrel. Unable to get clearance from his physician so we decided not to extract.
The root is vital and so I suggested we try to build it up conservatively. Also added that it may or may not work.
