Not every fractured root canal-treated tooth needs extraction.
This young patient presented with a fractured premolar after delaying the placement of a crown following root canal treatment. Clinical and radiographic evaluation showed satisfactory obturation, healthy periapical tissues, and adequate remaining root support—making the tooth a suitable candidate for rehabilitation.
