💡 Clinical Insight
While these techniques are popular in minimally invasive endodontics, many clinicians still prefer a modified conservative access—balancing visibility + preservation—because over-conservation can compromise cleaning and shaping, which is critical for success.

Key Features:

Minimal enamel and dentin removal

Access is often made using CBCT guidance or magnification

Usually a round, small entry (like a “ninja strike” 🎯)

Maximum preservation of tooth structure
