A case pics are being presented where patient presented with urgent need of fractured front tooth replacement. There was no time for laboratory fabricated temporary restoration.
Case was done with all recent concepts in modern Dental Implant Practice i.e. " Partial Root Extraction Therapy" + "Immediate Placement" + "Immediate Loading" + "Immediate Function".
Case will be recalled soon for another Temporary Restoration.

Patient wants to have replacement of missing teeth of the lower jaw with the fixed artificial teeth.
GBR was done to replace the lost Bone. Dental Implant Surgery will be done after 5 months.
