A routine Single Sitting Non surgical Root Canal Treatment of tooth Number 14,with two canals -

BMP with S-one

Buccal (single Poe)&
Palatal (two Poe)

➡️Copious irrigation with 5% Sod. Hypochlorite during procedure,
➡️Then with single cycle of 17% EDTA,
➡️Then multiple cycles of 5% Sod hypochlorite.
➡️Lastly with 2% Chlorhexidine Solution
➡️Normal saline between each irrigation done.

28 yrs old male Pt came to us with complain of pain in same tooth

IOPA revealed-
46 with old short single cone obturation was treated 5 years back,

Re RCT done in two sittings,both sittings under RD isolation,
Canals first negotiated up to full length by 10k file,with the help of EAL,
BMP- Blue flex files up to 25 4%,
CMP- 1stly with 17% EDTA,
Then 5 cycles of NaOCl ,
Agitation- PATS Vario,
Warm vertical obturation with WOODPECKER FI-P & FI-G,
Three portals of exit found in Distal root.

This is a fracture extending the root which in most cases will need extraction of teeth. So my friends please avoid it...
