Interesting and challenging 👌🦷

28yrs young female patient reported ‘ we care’ with high hopes of saving the tooth after visiting two dentists , as they suggested extraction of 12 😢

She had pain and intra oral palatal swelling in relation with 11 and 12 since 4 to 5 days

By investigations found dense in dent in 12,
Tried my best to save the nature

Did RCT in 11 and 12

Cyst enucleation and apicoectomy in 12 done by oral surgeon
