Dentistry is truly unique… 🦷✨
As dentists, we don’t just prescribe medicines — we spend time with our patients through procedures that may last 15 minutes to sometimes over an hour. In that time, we don’t just treat teeth; we calm fears, understand anxieties, and help patients through their stress and discomfort.
And somewhere along the journey, some patients become much more than just “patients.” Beyond treatments and monetary exchanges, we share conversations, life experiences, happy moments, struggles, and perspectives — irrespective of age differences. A beautiful bond gets built over the years.
Mrs. .kulkarni.921 is one such special patient.❤️
Since 2016, she had been battling advanced periodontitis secondary to hormonal imbalance. Over the years, we tried every possible approach to save her natural teeth — scaling, root planing, gingival surgeries, root canal treatments, splinting, and much more.😔
After almost 8 years of trying our best, there came a difficult moment when I finally advised her to undergo full-mouth extraction followed by complete dentures. Accepting the loss of natural teeth is never easy. It took her nearly 2 years to mentally prepare herself for this big step.
Finally, in 2025, we began the extractions step by step… and now, by mid-2026, she is almost back to her normal routine — eating comfortably, smiling confidently, and carrying the same charm as before. 😊
Today, she visited the clinic with a heartfelt token of love and gratitude for me — something far more precious than any treatment charges.❤️💗
Moments like these remind us why dentistry is so rewarding. Being the reason behind someone’s true smile, confidence, and happiness is a feeling beyond words.💝
Thank you, Mrs. Rohini Kulkarni, for your trust, patience and faith in me throughout this long journey, and ofcourse the wonderful gift. 🙏✨❤️
