Bilateral maxillary and mandibular posterior edentulism treated with dental implants. Mandible was straightforward with axial implants placed freehand using implants from . Maxilla was a bit more complicated especially in the 2nd quadrant where the sinus had almost completely pneumatized leaving no scope for conventional implant placement without extensive sinus augmentation and grafting. An immediate placement was done in 25 with indirect sinus lift using minimal bone graft, a zygoma implant was placed at 26 and pterygoid implants were placed bilaterally, all with great torque above 60NCm.
