From Dubai to Bangalore, a 2-week smile transformation.
Our patient flew in on a work trip and wanted more than just a quick fix. She'd had root canal treatment almost 10 years ago, and the discoloured restorations were finally ready for an upgrade, one that would actually last.

Here's what we did:
Crown lengthening on the upper left central incisor for better symmetry.
Ceramic veneers on both upper central incisors.

Sometimes all it takes is the right plan and well, 2 weeks.

It was truly a privilege to be part of the Rapid Recap—a thoughtfully organized 3-day program by JSS Dental College, Mysore, crafted to support postgraduate students as they prepare for their examinations.

The event was a reflection of genuine dedication to academic excellence, and that credit goes entirely to Dr. Ashwini, Head of the Department, and her wonderful team. Their meticulous planning and warmth made the experience seamless and meaningful for everyone involved.

I had the pleasure of presenting on, "Dentin Biomodification to Enhance Adhesion & Generations of Dentin Bonding Agents."

The engagement and eagerness of the students was deeply inspiring. It is always fulfilling to contribute, however humbly, to the journey of those who will go on to shape the future of dentistry. To every student who attended, wishing you clarity, confidence, and success in the days ahead.

Hypoplastic enamel lesions can be challenging to manage, especially when they affect a patient's smile. When the lesion is localized and visibly prominent on a single tooth, a conservative approach with a direct composite restoration can provide excellent esthetic results.

Accurate shade selection, meticulous rubber dam isolation, and minimal cavity preparation, followed by a carefully layered direct composite restoration, can seamlessly blend the restoration with the natural tooth structure. With the right technique, this minimally invasive approach can work wonders in restoring both function and the patient's confidence in their smile.

Grateful for the memories, experiences, and moments that made this trip truly special.

She always had a beautiful smile, but it was hiding behind a stubborn stain.

A patient walked in dissatisfied with her previous dental treatment. We listened to her story and carefully looked into the concerns she was deeply unhappy with. She needed a crown and a filling replacement due to teeth discoloration — and we got to work.

We transformed her smile by placing a ceramic veneer on the upper right central incisor and fitting a new ceramic crown on the left central incisor. By the end of her treatment, she looked absolutely radiant with her new smile!
