This case was very Intriguing.The previous dr had missed MB canal.After Negotiating the MB,their was evident pus drainage which was not expected.The Mb canal was confluencing with Db. All Canals were cleaned with copious chemicals and CaOH2 dressing was placed, unfortunately if u see the iopa in the video the CaOH2 did not reach the apex as expected.Pt was recalled after 8 days for chk up.The canals were checked again, unfortunately it was still weeping😭..So this time i placed CaOH2+Iodoform dressing for 2 weeks.In 3rd sitting the canals were speck dry and we're ready to obturate.Sealer flowing btw Mb & Db canals showing canal communication. ALHAMDULILLAH so far so good..Rest Allah give shifa in this executed treatment.

Case of SIP in 16.

SVE done with CLC technique using Resin based sealer.

Heat treated 6% files in MB/DB/P & 4% files in MB2,MB3 canals

Irrigation with 5% NaOCl/NS/17%EDTA.

MB & MB2 having separate POE and MB3 confluencing with MB2.

Composite core buildup.

Case of 38 with SIP.
38 is very much in good occlusion with 28..So Endo was an apt choice here,if the 28 was missing..38 should have been in 🗑️.

SVE done with CLC technique.

4% heat treated files used with Copious chemical irrigants used(5.25% NaOCl/NS/17%EDTA).

Resin sealer.

IRM restoration.

SVE done with CLC technique.

Mtwo file system.

With lots of irrigation using NaOCl followed by EDTA & CHX with NS being an intermediate soln btw each chemicals.

Resin sealer.
Post will be followed after a couple of days with a new crown.

Keep it Simple.. Remove the old 👑.. clean the Trash 🗑️ and fit a good diamond 💎.

Re-Treatment of tooth 16.

Patient wanted a new crown for her tooth and was totally asymptomatic,had to convince the patient about the previous Rx done and needs to be re done before it gets crowned.

SVE done with WVC.

ReRx done with Mtwo file system with copious irrigation using 5.25% NaOCl/NS/17% EDTA/NS/2% CHX.

Resin sealer.

Core build up with Dual core Composite.
