Are you making these common brushing mistakes? 🪥✨ Let's correct them for a healthier smile!

1️⃣ Wrong Brushing Technique:
Many people use horizontal scrubbing motions, which can wear down enamel and irritate gums. It will lead to accumulation of plaque and tartar in the inside of the teeth. The right technique is to use gentle, circular motions at a 45-degree angle to the gums . This allows you to clean effectively without causing harm to your teeth or gums.

2️⃣ Brushing Too Hard:
Brushing harder doesn't mean cleaner teeth! Excessive force can erode your enamel and cause gum recession. Your goal should be to brush thoroughly, not forcefully. Use a gentle force to protect your enamel and keep your gums healthy.

3️⃣ Choosing the Wrong Toothbrush:
Using a toothbrush with hard bristles can be too abrasive for your teeth and gums. Extremely soft-bristled toothbrush does no good in cleaning your teeth. Choose a brush which is medium in hardness with gentle pressure . Also, ensure the brush head size is appropriate for your mouth, allowing you to reach all areas comfortably.
