Patient reported with C/O of missing upper front teeth due to trauma at the age of 9 years.

Patient wanted to restore her aesthetics.

CBCT was taken to evaluate the bone and plan an implant placement. It revealed good bone health so immediate implant was planned after the removal of root stumps wrt 11 and 12.

No periapical infection was noted.

Conventional implant was placed and left for 4 months after which the crown was placed.

Patient reported with ELLIS CLASS II FRACTURE in relation to 21(left central incisors) & ELLIS CLASS I in relation to 11. ANGLE'S CLASS I MOLAR BILATERALLY & mild crowding in the lower with NORMAL OVERJET & OVERBITE.

Patient underwent Orthodontic treatment along with Aesthetic build up of 11 & 21.

Patient wasn't happy with her anterior front tooth and was very hesitant to smile. She wanted a smile make over.

Her front tooth was mobile and was non- vital.

With the help of our Prosthodontist and our Founder we were able to achieve the desired results.
