One of those cases where careful examination of pre operative radiograph showed 2 things:
1) Disappearing canals meant multiple POE though canals seem to be meeting
2) Apical terminus is nowhere close to radiographic terminus.

Selective retreatment...!!! Had first seen this patient two years back, when she walked in with dislodged crown... Noticed the untreated mesial canals, but decided not to retreat root canal and just do the crown... Fast forward to Feb, she finally came with sinus tract and tenderness of 27... Traced the sinus and since the mesial root seemed a bit weird, decided to take cbct, which showed untreated MB and MP... Treated both the canals, changed Caoh dressing few times at 15 days interval, waited for the sinus to heal and finally obturated...!!!

Case of SIP/SAP...Ill fitting crown and hence decided to remove it... Thought it was a good case for truss after crown was removed... Miscalculated the mesial canals and ended by removing more tooth structure mesially... Mesial canals configuration was 2-1-2 and split apically... Calcium hydroxide for 15 days and then obturated once patient was asymtomatic!!!

Root canal treatment of lower right second molar... Huge buccal decay in this one... Again all that had to be done to gain access was excavate decay... 3 canal system with both mesial and distal canals having lateral exit... Mesial canal had a sharp lateral exit distally... No rotary was used in the sharp bent... Though I really love how small Trunatomy or***ce openers are I rarely use them... Trunatomy 20 .04 in mesial and 26 .04 in distal and WVC for obturation...!!

Routine endodontics of lower first molar... 4 canals and 4 POEs... I have found it really difficult to restore the access cavity well with all this minimal invasive access... Have been working on achieving void free access cavity restoration... Hopefully I can only get better and better with time...!!!

Routine endodontics... Oversized crown in 46 probably caused the decay in 47...!!! 27mm long canals in 47...!!! I treated 46 too couple of years back... Good case to show how preps have become narrower with time... !!!

Furcal perforation repair... Full case soon... BTW, this tooth has survived for almost a decade with the perforation of this size...😬 Hope it last for half a decade after my intervention...!!! 🙄😷

Routine case of Endo-resto... Endodontics is as much about coronal seal as it is about apical seal... 26 .04 and Deep margin elevation followed by core build up with resin cement...!!!

One just before the Corona break...!!! Retreatment of upper second molar... Just couldn't negotiate the last couple of mm in distal... But happy to see some sealer flow there...!! Hoping to get back to work soon... Till then everyone stay home and stay safe...!!!
