Patient Came with history of Pain in upper front and back teeth region. Involved teeth were treated with Root Canal therapy and Antibiotics therapy was also started. Crowns/caps were placed were required(Patinet was not willing to go for crown/cap wrt 21 which was healthy tooth, that's why shade and structural differences are a bit apparent).
Patient was satisfied with the overall results.

Patient came with a history of pain WRT 14.On examination there was a large carious lesion WRT the same tooth.On Periapical Radiograph there was frank Pulpal exposure.
Root Canal was performed and the tooth was buildup up with Composite(tooth coloured restoration).
Pain was resolved and composite restoration( tooth coloured restoration) was placed.
Patient was happy with the overall Results🙂
