A typical case of Class II div 2 with retroclined central incisors and proclined lateral incisors and a class II molar relationship. first of all the retroclined central incisors were uprightened using a utility arch and then conventional orthodontics was performed. Powerscope was used for the correction of molar relationship as the patient was in growing phase. beautiful results were achieved and his profile improved drastically. Happy patient.....Happy Me....

Proclined upper teeth with incompetent lip seal, unesthetic smile, crowding wrt lower arch, increased overjet, rotated teeth, increased overbite......A lot of issues.....treated with extraction of 1st pre-molars in upper arch. Achieved a beautiful smile . You can appreciate the changes in the pre and post treatment photos.

RAPID PALATAL EXPANSION.....A Skeletal correction of constricted maxilla.
Midline gap in the upper anterior teeth achieved after palatal expansion shows how much space we achieved by this expansion screw within a few weeks. Skeletal correction of narrow arch is the beauty of this treatment. After completion of her orthopedic treatment, we started with her orthodontic treatment which is still in progress.
