This patient visited for second opinion irt her Grossly Decaying Mandibular 1st Molar ( #36) with Grade 2 Mobility as she had been advised for Extraction of the same but she wanted to save her tooth. IOPA showed gross bone loss irt Furcation area of #36 but adjacent interdental crestal bone level was normal and #37 was also carious with pulp exposure.
We discussed the possible recovery of the Tooth and decided to give it a chance and Voila!! Here is 11 months follow up of the case with Full Recovery.
