🔎 Interesting Endodontic Case
A patient reported with a hard swelling in relation to tooth 47, associated with pain and discomfort.
On examination and radiographic evaluation, the tooth surprisingly presented with a single canal.
During treatment, pus drainage was carried out to relieve the patient’s symptoms. The case highlights how timely diagnosis and drainage can bring immediate relief, while also reminding us that anatomical variations (like a single canal in 47) should always be kept in mind.
🦷 Every case teaches us something new — both about pathology and about patient care.
