An Ongoing Case of Severe Chronic Periodontitis with Excessive Gingival Hypertrophy, Inflammation, Exudation and Pus Discharge and Grade 3 Stains and Bands of Subgingival Calculus Deposits present Pre-operative has been treated in Phase 1 and Phase 2 therapy with Extraction of hopeless prognosis teeth, Scaling, Root Planing, Flap Surgery, Periodic Follow-ups with Betadine Irrigation, Host modulation with Doxycycline and an Antibiotic regime of multiple doses of Amoxiclav with Chlorhexidine mouthwash and local gel application. After 3 months the Post-op looks spotlessly amazing like the disease never existed in the patient's mouth. A big shoutout to the patient for showing commitment towards quitting of habit and regularly following the OHI given and routinely coming for the follow ups..... In the treatment of CGP patients play an equally important role as the Periodontist. Now Beginning with Phase 3 of Rehabilitation.....

An Ongoing Case of FMR Rehabilitation of a worn out broken dentition for our patient. The patient had a complaint of having difficulty in chewing food. On examination she had worn out attrited teeth and missing teeth on the lower left side. Hence FMR was planned .... This is the Pre op and Post op with PMMA temporary crowns which shows the significant difference in aesthetics and functionality that a FMR Reconstruction brings within a patient's dentition.....

This is a transition phase where we give our patients the comfort and time of allowing them to use these temporary teeth for ten to fifteen days where the patient can get a trial or a mock run of whether the new dentition we have provided is aesthetically and functionally acceptable and comfortable to them and any changes if required can be done before we move to the final Zirconia based Crowns for our patients......

A Case of Ridge split followed by Soft tissue Augmentation to Improve the Mandibular ridge for Dental Implants .... The Pre-op image shows a very knife edge thin resorbed ridge and the Post-op shows a wide well regenerated ridge with nice convex profiles and excellent cuff of soft tissue around the implants......

A Case of Maxillary Anterior Aesthetic Rehabilitation.

The patient reports to us with a chief complaint of her being unhappy with the way the old crowns with 21,22,23 appeared. These crowns were done at some place 5 years ago and she didn't feel confident while smiling. Her adjacent teeth with 11,12,13 had caries. When she smiled her smile zone revealed teeth up to second premolar but due to other treatments that were necessary and an overall economic restraint we planned the following:

1. Emax Press Veneers with 11,12,13,14,24
2. Zirconia Bridge with cutback and Emax layering with 21,22,23

She also had several caries in her other teeth and multiple missing teeth which warranted attention as well.

After doing DSD - Digital Smile Design for her, we gave her a mockup test drive before even starting and she was happy with it so we started with the treatment and ended with a result that was as per our plan and with the patient feeling happy and confident with her smile.
