Smile makeover by composite filling in carious front teeth...

A 55 year female patient visited to our clinic with the chief complain of a growth in left side of buccal mucosa...

On clinical examintion there was single round shaped growth is present which is of normal pink in color...sessile...soft to firm in consistency...present at the occlusal level of upper molar teeth...interfering in occlusion...

By putting provisional diagnosis as Traumatic fibroma...we have planned for surgical excision...

Later the diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic examination as Traumatic fibroma..

A case of implant fracture....

A patient came my clinic with repeated screw loosening with norris implant prosthesis, on first glance noticed abutment junction gap which was confirmed by clinical examination and localised periimplantitis, but patient insisted to go for last time so we tightened and taken post operative iopa for confirmation of implant part movement..

Lower segment restoration with implant after immediate extraction...

A 58 year old lady came to our clinic who previously replaced other segment with implants and she is very happy with result she insisted to replace other broken and periodontally weak tooth with implant as well, but she was conscious about no teeth during recovery , so we assured for immediate implant placement and PMMA restoration...

A case of Traumatic Fibroma..

A 56 year old women came to my clinic with soft to medium hard consistency, non tender, 10 × 8 mm in diameter having carious lower right second molar adjacent to lesion, at first we extract second molar and lesion was excised with excision biopsy and the specimen sent for biopsy for furthur investigation..

A 16 year old girl having trauma by hitting on a wall before 30 min rushed with broken tip of upper left central incisor, she is very anxious about her appearance and started crying all the time..

After assuring best treatment for her she finally agreed for composite and she was so happy after post op result of composite.

Her word was "i just never felt my tooth had broken, it looks just normal in every aspect"

A case of Radicular cyst involving upper right central and lateral incisor...

A 46 year old male patient came with non painful swelling in palate region in relation with upper right central and lateral incisors, having suspicious cystic lesion in iopa, patient reffered for furthur investigation with cbct, after evaluation cystic lesion found 15.5 × 9.2 mm in size involving nasopalatine bundle as well..

Initial planning was to save lateral incisor but after starting curratage bone support was not good so go through with extraction of both incisors, after curratage bleeding was reduced to minimum and specimen sent for biopsy for furthur investigation..

Though the journey was bit of ups and down with many follow up appointment managed by my all staffs..
