A happy smile makeover
We couldn’t wait to show you this case as this has completely transformed our patient’ life.
She came to see us to help improve her smile .
Her main reasons of concerns are
❌The discoloured upper front tooth
❌The gap between her lower teeth
❌Sensitivity in some teeth
After a thorough examination it became clear that she has multiple cervical abrasions (a non carious tooth loss) which has to be repaired and need resorative approach. We informed her bite needs to be adjusted with full mouth rehabilitation to prevent more tooth loss and better function .She opted for the restorative option which involved us waxing up each tooth to new desired shape and size .
This was vital to ensuring we have achieved a good aesthetic result as there are multiple spaces in between teeth to rediscovered .
The final result compromises of full ceramic crowns.
