➡️ Real patient case story:
This patient refer to us for his full mouth implant problem solution.
➡️ On examination, we saw
Faulty implant prosthesis which you can see remarkable implant Prosthesis problem in above video along patient sign with Unaesthetic smile, Unable to chew properly
On the side face you can see remarkable collapsed bite
Also patient don’t like this removable Prosthesis
➡️ Although he has habit of a to***co chewing but he is ready to maintain his Oral hygiene as advised by our doctor.
So we final decide to give him fixed prosthesis over the some changes of his old implant.
➡️ For this we did,
replace all wrong Angled implant and broken screw implant with new implants
Plan to give even distribution of load in final prosthesis
Give proper vertical jaw height so patient can chew properly
