Guided Surgery with immediate Loading. Patient who suffered a car accident and lost all of his upper teeth. The lower teeth are hopeless. On the same day, we extracted all of his teeth and placed 10 and 8 implants in the upper and lower jaws. Multiunit abutments were installed and digital impressions were taken. We placed the temporary bridges today (after 3 days).
