What is she smelling? A story about Ruth’s magic potion bottle.
For 6 years she has been suffering with tooth pain and was not able to see a dentist because of her fear.

6 years ago we met in a women's conference.
She approached me and said she would really like to come to my office but she had gone through a very bad experience with her previous dental treatment( in a different clinic) that put fear and anxiety in her.

So how do we pass the fear and anxiety and we get to a situation that you can actually have fun at the dentist office and feel relaxed

Here are some tips to help :

1. Always go to a dentist that you trust and feel comfortable with.
2. Always have music of choice in the background.
3. Its recommended to use rescue bach flowers. (in our dental clinic we have a variety of remedies that help our patients to have a better experience on the dental chair.
4. As you can see in the picture posted Ruth’s is holding a bottle of essential oil that she had picked out from our collection of oils that helped her feel more relaxed. During the treatment she can open it and smell the oils for relaxation.

There are a few other recommendations that's worth trying
