The one thing most people get wrong about brushing. Brushing harder does not mean brushing better. In fact, aggressive brushing is one of the leading causes of gum recession. Use a soft-bristled brush, gentle circular motions, and let the bristles do the work. Your gums will thank you for it.

Noticing a little bleeding when you brush? Don’t ignore it.

Bleeding gums are often one of the first signs of gum disease, and the earlier it’s caught, the easier it is to treat.

✔️ No pain doesn’t mean no problem
✔️ Early treatment = simpler care & better results
✔️ A quick check-up can make all the difference

If your gums bleed, feel tender, or look a bit red it’s worth getting checked. Your gums should never bleed when you brush, take it as your sign to act early.
