After 17 years in Thurles, I’m sad to announce that I will be winding down my practice in Liberty Square over the next few months. I will be moving to Dental Care Ireland in Limerick on a full time basis during April and May 2025. I will continue to attend here but with reduced hours until then. Unfortunately no new patients can be accepted but I am committed to completing all outstanding treatment and of course, emergencies will be attended to without delay. I am very grateful for your support and encouragement over the years.

Unfortunately I will not be able to travel to Thurles tomorrow the 8th of January due to the ongoing weather problems. The practice will remain closed as a result but Kathryn is available to take calls. Apologies again. Cathal.

Liberty Square Dental will withdraw from the Medical Card Scheme on the 23rd of December 2024. All current treatments will be completed but no new medical card patients can be accepted. We regret any inconvenience caused to our patients.

Box Office Update:

The staff of The Tipperary Excel Centre are inundated with calls. If you don’t get connected please keep trying.

We are NOT sold out as it says online. Due to the high volume of traffic the online system experienced today, the system automatically changed the status to sold out.

Mary and her team in The Excel are working tirelessly to make sure everyone gets a ticket so again, please be patient and you will be looked after.

We are overwhelmed with the support we are receiving from everyone and we thank you all most sincerely.
