After the studying, early mornings, nerves and hard work, take a moment to recognise everything you’ve put into getting here. There’s plenty to celebrate, including the progress you’ve made along the way.

Results can bring a mix of emotions. You might be delighted, relieved, disappointed or still working out how you feel - and that’s okay. Give yourself time to reflect, talk things through with someone you trust and think about what comes next.

Next up in our team introductions is the brilliant Ellie-May! 👋✨

Ellie-May is our amazing Reception Supervisor, and we are so incredibly lucky to have her welcoming you all into the clinic! She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & English, alongside 6 solid years of experience in customer service.

If you ask her what she loves most about her day, she will tell you it is helping patients who might be feeling a little nervous. She is absolutely incredible at reassuring anxious patients and making sure everyone feels completely comfortable and looked after from the moment they check in. 💙

Outside of work, Ellie-May is super busy! She loves staying active by going to the gym, getting lost in a really good book, and spending her weekends hanging out and catching up with her friends. 📖👯‍♀️
