You know the feeling when some product lets you down. You say ‘I could have designed this better myself’. But how many of us turn our thoughts into actions. He is passionate about improving products and processes. Constantly analysing the status quo and looking for a better and more effective way to do it. This is how Pat came to invent the products that he is now developing under the Lab Aid brand name. These products will improve the process used by Dentists and dental laboratories, making it more cost effective and also improving the work environment significantly.
