At Shields Dental & Orthodontic Clinic, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Patient Coordinator to support our growing team across five clinic locations.
This is an exciting opportunity that includes hybrid/remote working included for someone working included who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and being part of a growing business. You’ll be responsible for managing new patient enquiries across phone, email, website, and social media, coordinating appointments across our clinics, working closely with our clinical teams, and collaborating with our marketing department to help maximise lead conversion and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Business development experience or strong commercial acumen desirable.
