Sometimes it’s the everyday work in the clinic that brings the biggest smiles. 🦷✨

This week, we fitted the final crown on an upper premolar implant for a patient at Cube Dental Castlebar.

Her failed post crown was removed in April, and one of our surgeons placed an implant immediately. A temporary crown was fitted that same day, so she was never left without a tooth.

The implant was ready for its final crown after three months, but summer plans and a busy schedule meant we finished a little later. It was lovely to see her treatment completed—and even lovelier to hear how delighted she was with the result and her experience from start to finish.

Caroline’s smile journey… one step at a time 💛✨

Today marked a big step forward, with two implants successfully placed in her lower jaw using guided surgery.

Her upper jaw proved more challenging because of the limited bone available. We placed a bone graft and will review her next week as we plan the next stage.

Working with a living biological system means healing and bone changes can sometimes be unpredictable—even with careful planning. Every stage is about adapting to what Caroline needs and working towards a lasting result.

This patient wanted to fall in love with her smile again. After straightening her teeth and having composite bonding, staining had left her unhappy with the appearance.

Today is implant planning day at Cube Dental! 🦷

10 years into placing implants, it’s incredible to see how much the technology has advanced.

We can combine a 3D CT scan with a digital impression scan to see the bone alongside the teeth and gums, helping us plan the position of each implant. We then use that plan to create a surgical guide to help place the implant accurately.

It’s about careful planning for your individual smile, with the final tooth position in mind from the start.

It was lovely to have my mum pop into our Castlebar clinic yesterday ❤️

We grew up in Cricklewood, London, watching my Irish immigrant parents work night and day to build a successful construction business. Their hard work and commitment definitely rubbed off on me, but what has stayed with me most is Mum’s belief that we could achieve great things.

She’s an amazing lady, and it meant so much to have her visit the clinic. Thanks for everything, Mum ❤️

What a weekend in Basel, Switzerland 🇨🇭✨

I came here for a Joe Dispenza retreat and I’m heading home feeling incredibly grateful for the experience. A weekend of meditation, learning, reflection and looking at life from a slightly different perspective.

Sometimes getting away from the usual routine and giving yourself the time and space to simply stop, think and reset is exactly what you need.
