When we take an X-ray, it’s simply about understanding what’s going on beneath the surface.

It helps us see the roots of the teeth, the bone, and any previous work that’s been done. Things that aren’t always obvious just by looking in the mouth. For many patients, this part of the appointment brings a lot of clarity, because once you can see what we’re talking about, everything starts to make more sense.

We take the time to walk through the image together, explain what we’re seeing, and answer any questions along the way. It’s an important part of making sure any recommendations are based on a full picture, not assumptions.
