“We rescued Pip from the greyhound racing industry a year ago through Rehoming Irish Greyhound Trust, and she’s completely changed our lives.

She was very nervous when we first brought her home, but it didn’t take long for her to come out of her shell. Now she’s a central (and very adored!) member of the family—we honestly couldn’t imagine life without her.

Greyhounds truly make the most incredible pets… sweet, gentle, playful, and of course, expert-level couch potatoes 😂🐾

There are still so many dogs and cats waiting for their forever homes, and it’s heartbreaking. We’d adopt a few more if we could.”

That’s why we’re running the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon to raise funds for Dogs Aid Animal Sanctuary—to help give more animals the second chance they deserve.
