Now that the warm weather’s here, staying hydrated is a must. It might be tempting to reach for a sugary drink when you’re thirsty but keep in mind they are a major cause for tooth decay. Even sugar-free fizzy drinks can be a problem due to their acidity.
It’s best to stick to plain water and milk for a bright and healthy
smile!
