Post orthodontic relapse with fluorosis and multiple interdental decay.
Managed with wrap around bonded emax veneers in 13 to 23.

a Kennady Class I mandible, replaced by screw retained individual crowns. splinted crowns could not be done because of implant angulations.

splinted prosthesis with the help of cement retained restorations could be given , Nevertheless crowns would have access holes for the ease if abutment screw access in case of loosening.

a case of conventional immediate complete dentures

patient with very poor oral hygiene and a deteriorating teeth with hopeless prognosis. complained of protruding anterior teeth😀

posterior teeth were extracted and adequate healing affirmed. jaw relation was recorded at slightly increased vertical dimension to compensate for loss of facial height
and aesthetics. teeth were removed from the cast and dentures fabricated.

extraction of anterior teeth followed by denture insertion without soft liners. good retention and stability achieved.

post traumatic loss of central incisor followed by failed four unit anterior bridge and loss of canine.
managed with a seven unit lava classic bridge.
clinical tip - canines needs to be slightly hyperchromatic

a case of early loss of bilateral permanent molars.

supra eruption of maxillary molars needed intentional rootcanal
maxillary teeth treated with fixed dental prosthesis and mandibular teeth with implants🧐

screw retained splinted crowns in maxilla 25 26, and screw retained 36. only a point contact on heavy bite and no contact on light force. harmonizing the prosthesis with the existing dentition is the key to success from the mechanical standpoint.

another elderly gentleman, who suffered avulsion of teeth post RTA, # mandible, (beautifully managed by the surgeons), reported after IMF was removed.
a six unit anterior PFM bridge to put back that smile.

a rather simple case.
only difficult part was to convince the patient to agree to have the diastema . an all ceramic crown would have made an ocean of a difference.
and yes he was also convinced to undergo scaling.
