4-year recall. Minimal footprint on this cracked tooth. The furcal canal not left to "the power of irrigation", but something was actually done about it. Direct composite overlay which was supposed to be a temporary measure...recall CBCT is 2 years post-op. Still asymptomatic and functional 4 years out.

This tooth was retreated 2 years ago, but remained symptomatic. Bad mid-root perforation caused by drilling off in straight line for post space.
New retreatment it is. GP + sealer where possible, and BC putty in the perforation. I wish the case looked neater, I don't how I keep getting these massive putty puffs. They don't affect the outcome one bit of course, but still. Finally asymptomatic, the 6-month recall is very satisfactory.

Playing with tunnelling. Very pleased with how it turned out, however it was challenging to matrix the cavity properly. I had to create a Teflon plug with I had to hold firm against a sectional matrix band wedged into the distal sulcus with a flat plastic with my left hand. Thankfully I had a decent direct visual access to the distal cavity, so I could do without holding the mirror. There may have been easier ways to do it.
Previously initiated. We got the WT taken out firstly.
Scarce documentation because struggle.

Tricky second molar with sharp elbow curves and dilaceration. I had to extend my access distally so I could negotiate the MB canals, which still wasn't an easy task. Multiplanar dilaceration in the DB negotiated manually, and once my 10K was at length, the M4 finished the job. Single cones and WVC.

The strangest resorption. Buccal abscess, there is bone cervically above the resorption, and apart from the necrotic distal canal, the rest of the tooth was healthy and vital.
The patient has no recollection of any trauma.
Although I would have liked to flap it, the patient wasn't on board with it and requested to leave surgery as a last resort option.
Internal management then. M4 debridement. Overmolding obturation with OneFil sealer and putty.
GP in the regular areas.
