The patient presented with concerns regarding the development of spacing in the upper anterior region, as well as a missing mandibular lateral incisor (tooth 42) with subsequent drift of the adjacent anterior teeth.

Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
Following a comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnostic scans, and radiographic evaluation, the following findings were noted:
Presence of diastemata in the maxillary anterior segment.
Absence of tooth 42, leading to malalignment of the mandibular anterior teeth.
Multiple treatment modalities were discussed, including orthodontic alignment, direct composite bonding, E-max veneers, and full-coverage crowns. Each option was thoroughly reviewed with the patient, outlining the respective timelines, financial considerations, advantages, and limitations. The patient declined orthodontic intervention.

Final Treatment Plan
A definitive treatment plan was agreed upon, consisting of:
Six E-max veneers (teeth 12, 11, 21, 22, 32, 31).
A fixed cantilever bridge (tooth 41) to replace the missing lateral incisor (tooth 42).

Procedure
All tooth preparations were completed in a single appointment, followed by the placement of provisional veneers and crowns. The patient returned three weeks later for the final insertion of the definitive E-max veneers and cantilever bridge.

Tax Deductible
This treatment was tax deductible at 20%. A Med 2 was supplied to the patient by Tusk Dental.
