Don't Brush Off Bleeding Gums
Bleeding gums are often one of the first signs of gum disease—and ignoring them can lead to bigger problems. Left untreated, gum disease can cause bad breath, gum recession, loose teeth, bone loss, and even tooth loss.
The good news? Early gum disease is often preventable and reversible with good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups. Brush twice a day, clean between your teeth daily, and don't ignore bleeding when brushing or flossing.
🦷 Healthy gums shouldn't bleed. If yours do, book a dental appointment and stop small problems becoming big ones.
