If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years as a patient coordinator, it’s this: in dentistry, a solid plan matters more than momentary excitement.
This case (and to be very clear: it was NOT done by us) shows why it’s so important to have a reliable advisor by your side, someone who helps you think calmly and make the right decision, especially when the investment is big and the choices aren’t easily reversible.
When people reach out to me, I don’t try to convince them to “do it with us.” I do something different: I explain 2 or 3 realistic scenarios in plain language, so they understand what’s at stake, what’s possible, and what makes sense for long-term durability.
Because here’s a truth most ads don’t mention: once certain steps are taken, you can’t always just undo them. Often, the smartest move is to assess calmly, monitor the situation, and protect what already exists, instead of rushing into more decisions.
