📄 New Publication: Overcoming the Challenge of Peri-implant Infections.

Long-term implant success relies heavily on the health and stability of the peri-implant soft tissue. We are pleased to share Prof. Péter Windisch’s latest clinical case report, now published in the Implantologie Journal.

Last weekend we participated in an in-house training session led by our colleague Dr. Szász Előd, focusing on digital dentistry.

In a great atmosphere, we expanded our knowledge of intraoral scanners, their everyday use, and digital impression techniques. We also reviewed a variety of prosthodontic cases and closed the day with a hands-on session, where we created temporary implant-supported crowns based on what we had learned.

A truly motivating and enriching experience! 🦷✨

Our patient presented with advanced periodontal disease. The initial radiographs clearly demonstrated the condition of the non-restorable teeth.
The remaining natural teeth were treated with combined conservative and surgical therapy. Inflammation was eliminated, the periodontal tissues and supporting bone were stabilized with reconstructive procedures. Implant placement was performed subsequently.

According to the current radiographic control, the patient status is stable and fully rehabilitated.🦷

The insufficiently integrated implant, which had been placed at another clinic, was atraumatically removed by us.
Subsequently, a sinus elevation and bone augmentation were performed using a combined BonMaker and PRF approach to restore adequate bone volume. After successful regeneration, a new implant was placed, and the final prosthetic restoration was completed. 🦷

📍 Monaco 🇲🇨 EAO Congress 2025

Nagy öröm és megtiszteltetés volt, hogy Prof. Dr. Windisch Péter előadóként vehetett részt a Regedent Symposiumon az idei EAO kongresszuson.

Előadásában a peri-implant betegségek korszerű, kíméletes kezelési lehetőségeiről beszélt, megosztotta legfrissebb tapasztalatait a nemzetközi szakmai közönséggel.

Egy inspiráló esemény volt, tele naprakész információkkal, motivációval a jövőre nézve.🦷
